The programm is an introduction to the theory of the Wim Hof method breathing, gradual cold exposure, mindset and and sharing circel warming yourself with a warm vegansoup. We advise you to come prepared for the icebath, yet you only deceide in the moment. The icebath is warmly recommended but always optional. There is so much more to learn and experience. We share the Wim Hof Method, the n-ice.way.
We also integrate wisdom from Oxygen Advantage, for functional breathing, Max Strom breathing for healing.
De Wim Hof Method will be guided by life & breath mentor Kim Padding from n-ice.world. Integrating the wisdom of the ’the iceman’ enriched with her own life- and work experiences. She loves the buddhistic, Taoistic and yogi approach. The time is always now...and everything is exactly good enough.
