Responsibility
We take responsibility for professional guidance and a safe, n-ice experience. You take responsibility for your own outcomes. If you choose to participate against any advice, please be extra self-aware. If we see a safety risk, we will ask you to stop.
Respect & Inclusion
We hold space for everyone. We expect all participants to act with integrity, empathy, and respect. Behaviour that is disruptive or harmful may result in removal from the program without a refund — though we trust this will never be needed.
Safety
Your safety comes first. Follow all instructions from our team, including breathing techniques, gradual cold exposure, and — above all — listening to your body. If anything feels wrong, speak up immediately.Everything shared within our experiences stays within them.
Rescheduling
We dedicate our time to you, and we ask the same in return. Life happens, here's how we handle it:
One-on-one sessions:
Reschedule up to 72 hours in advance. After that, no refund.
Group bookings:
One free reschedule up to 28 days before. 14–28 days prior: 50% fee. Within 14 days: 100% fee. All rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in writing.
Refunds
Coaching, training, and experiences are generally non-refundable. For open-registration events, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else, just let us know so we can arrange a smooth handover.
Liability
By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks of coaching, breathwork, and cold water immersion. You agree to release n-ice.world and its instructors from liability for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from your participation.
Medical
Our programs support well-being and self-regulation, but every body is different. Please consult your doctor before joining, especially if you have any medical conditions. Let us know in advance so we can make appropriate adjustments.
Insurance
In cases of gross negligence, liability is covered by our insurance up to the payout amount, or otherwise up to the fee for your assignment. We cannot be held liable for direct or indirect consequences of normal, incorrect, or imprudent use of our services. In all other cases, liability is limited to the fee paid for your assignment.
