Are excercises that are more a workout for your breathing system.
Breathe4Insight Is concious connected breathing and done in different classes. You can also join these more XL sessions.
*I love to dive deep into teaching and truly educate my students — sharing not just techniques, but understanding and embodiment. In this class however just expect to receive guidance and less education. How ever still the n-ice way ofcourse.
