This piece reflects on one of the hardest conversations I have ever had, and with that it also only begins..
the moment I realised that what once supported, now asks to be held differently.

In this 2.30 min video I speak honestly about love without blame, about gratitude without dependence, and about reclaiming inner space, curiosity, and presence. Not a definite goodbye, but a conscious shift.
A reminder that choosing myself doesn’t mean abandoning connection, it means redefining it with clarity, respect, and devotion.
